Automatic Conical Dough Rounder Machine

It consists of cone which rotate about a vertical axis with the track of the fixed moulding surface located in a spiral pattern about the outside of it. The differential speed is lower at the top where axial dia of the cone is tears. The moulder is required to have degreasing effect. It creat V-angle, The differential speed is the length of moulding track and the shape of the track will contribute to the moulding effect and shape of the dough piece. The conical rounder is designed for intermediate and final moulding of dough. The machine’s excellent execution ensures the moulded dough balls obtain an ideal round shape and a perfect smooth surface. Teflon coated Cone and Spirals ensure that dough balls don’t stick to the surface. Mechanical flour duster is also provided for a smooth finish. Mild Steel plating makes it robust and hygienic. From here, dough is optimal to be proved.
